Prayer is not limited to just words, it is an attitude of heart and the state of being. It's the consciousness that God is the one who makes our existence possible, that it is thanks to Him that we can take every breath and enjoy each day with its beauties and sorrows.

As I am mindful of that every morning and commit to Him each day, my whole life becomes a prayer. The more tuned I am to Him, the more rich this life becomes. Nothing is taken for granted. I can live to the fullest.

"For in Him we live and move and have our being..." ( Acts 17:28)

Peace is a rare commodity these days. How do we find peace in a world filled with wars, calamities, resulting fear and so much pain?

I found it in Jesus. Not Jesus hanging on the crucifix, or Jesus a good teacher, or even Jesus a prophet, but in Jesus who is the Great I Am , the beginning and the end. He is beyond any religion including a christian religion. To bring Him down to a founder of some religion is to miss the point, and miss peace that goes beyond any understanding... His living presence is available for anyone who thirsts, who is hungry for it and to live in His presence doesn't mean following the commandments made by people, but to be forever changed.

When you are changed by Him you lose the desire to do anything evil, anything that goes against Love, you don't desire to worship other gods or to hurt others and when you occasionally do, it hurts...you.

To love God as who He truly is causes you to love those whom He loves and that means all, even those who wish you ill or even worst, who have done you ill. You don't have to agree with evil to do this or to accept evil done to you for evil is always unacceptable, but aren't we all at times guilty of doing evil? Yet, Jesus says that God forgives us, so why shouldn't we forgive others? I know it is easier said than done, but it can be done and it has to if you and I want that peace...

I read "The Shack" by William P. Young a week ago. It reminded me of my own spiritual journey into the heart of the Father. God became my Father when I received Jesus into my life. My earthly father wasn't as good at fathering as he wanted to be, and knowing the heart of our heavenly Father restored my love for my earthly one.

My Dad passed away last April not even a year after my Grandma who mothered me. Their deaths brought sadness into my life, but also appreciation of their love and lives for my heavenly Father comforts me.

His love is perfect love, tender and understanding. It heals all wounds of spirit and soul. I recommend the reading of "The Shack" to all who desire to know God as He really is. Beyond religion.

Love is a source of beauty and God is love...everything that moves your spirit comes from God, though life is so full of paradoxes. Love is the strongest slavery because it requires you to give yourself to Him totally without hiding anything , without holding back, but He also gives Himself totally to you and only then in His Love you can experience total freedom; there you can be all you were created to be. While self promises to give you freedom it keeps you in bondage to self so you can never go beyond just yourself and this is by far the greatest limitation. In bondage to Love there is true freedom. In His death there is life, and in His life there is Eternity.

God is my Father to whom I can run with my joys and with my sorrows, a present help in the time of need, my shield, guide, and my fortress because of whom I don't have to be afraid of tomorrow.

Through His eyes I can see His wonders, His mighty hand so strong yet invisible...to those who have eyes, but they do not see. Open up your heart and you will hear that He Is, and His heart is beating eternally just for you. This is by far the greatest wonder!

I can hear God's voice in the inner silence, when my thoughts are at peace. He whispers about His everlasting love even when everything around me seems to crash with a loud noise of stressfull modern life.

Without that Constant everything would lose its meanning. It is the greatest source of strenght in the times of weakness, " My Grace is sufficient for you", is what I hear deep within my heart. His steady loving presence allows me to conquer all my fears...

He is powerfull like a rushing mountain water and still gentle like a valley stream. I'm surrounded by His presence where He gently rounds my edges like a pebble in a creek...in the quiet and in torrent; the river of life carries me away, yet in His abiding beauty none of my sorrows can ever stay.

Another reason why I believe the Bible is indeed inspired by God is that its prophecies written more than two millenia ago are coming to pass. It predicted God's discipline over His people Israel by them being scattered all over the world and, that they would return to their land in "the last days" from all the nations to which they were exiled.

Now, I must say very clearly ,I don't have political convictions but I simply examine here what the Bible teaches regarding Israel. For many years Zionists were looked upon as bunch of mad people hoping for something impossible, yet sure enough, Israel is a fact and Jewish people from many nations continue their return despite lack of assurance of peace.

The ancient Jewish prophets also predicted that Israel will struggle with constant attacks from surrounding them nations until the coming of Messiah, save for short period of false peace secured for them by Antichrist.

There were many mad men tgroughout the history who sought to destroy Jews as the nation to prove, they were not chosen by God and that the God who brought them out of Egypt doesn't really exist. As a matter of fact this is the very reason fundamentalist Muslims seek to destroy Israel. Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad being the most vocal among them regarding their intent.

It is predicted that they will suffer most horrid consequences just as their predecessors did including Damascus ending up as a mere "heap of ruins"(Isiah 17) and not a city any longer, and that has not happened ever before in history.

Future will be the judge but I believe Israel is a proof of God's very existence.

THE MYSTERY OF THE BIBLE

The Bible is a real mystery. It is the most widely read book in the world today. Judaism as well as many branches of Christanity regard it as their sacred Scripture, however, they do not read it all sometimes adding things to it, other times taking some parts away in order to suit their beliefs.

Countless numbers of Scholars and Theologans spend years and years trying to interpret it properly and each one has his own interpretation. Roman Catholic Church does not allow "lay" people to interpret it and their Tradition of The Church is still supreme source of their faith because as they say" the Bible being inspired by The Holy Spitit is still not free from human errors since God used humans to reccord it", and suprisingly enough Catholic clergy uses the same arguments as atheists against The Scripture.

What if The Bible is truly The Word of God?
What if it really contains answers to our past and our future?

The easiest thing is to reject such notions, because it gives us "freedom" to live out our lives the way we want. If we want to be atheists it is fine, God is only the creation of week people who for some crazy reason have a need for religion. If there is no real God who has set up everything in the universe and created us as well then everything goes... right?

Why then this wonderfull"freedom" causes so much pain?
I know that most of people blame God for all the evil in the world but how can you blame somebody who allegedly doesn't exist?
"well"you might say" if He exists than why He allows all these wars, famines, disasters, diseases and voilence that torments this world everyday?"
The answers to these questions I found, yes that's right , in The Bible.

Even though it has been written in a span of many ages in the past by many authors who lived in many different times and places, the unity in the whole thing is amazing!
I read it in the quest for truth and that is the way I read it now. I honestly asked God, " If you exist and if you are the Author of this book and my Creator make me understand this."
The Old Testament was plain boring to me at the beginning but my attention was drawn to one passage in The New Testament's letter to Ephesians.
It went like this:
" Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,
having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good plesure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good plesure which He purposed in Himself, that in dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth-in Him. In Him we have redemption trough Hhis blood, the forgivness of sins..."

I read it many times over but had hard time to understand , I mean I understood the words but the deep spiritual meaning behind them was witheld from me and I didn't know why ,until one day a believer in Jesus Christ explained it to me. What he said I heard many times before but this time it was deep and profound, it resaunded in Truth within my spirit as if somebody got hold of me inside, I felt the same love as in the vision of God I had before, I knew that Jesus is The Son of God and He died for my own sins and that He lives because I have stood in His presence...
That is the mystery of The Bible that God should clothe Himself in the body of man and become Yeshua(salvation) of entire human race and make as many as would believe Him sons and daughters of God and rulers of the universe together with Him! This is our glorious future!
It cannot be brought to the level of mere christian religion for it was never meant to be one.
Religion is a creation of fallen sinful men, an attempt to appease God on their own terms.
That will never work. That is why I just follow Jesus and His Word , not the commandments of men.

Supernatural Reality

The existence of God cannot be proven by science, simply because it excludes as real everything that is not material and impossible to physically test or mesure, however, this doesn't mean that spiritual world doesn't exist.

I have experienced it and I know I am not alone.
Once I watched a testimony of a man who was an atheist all his life until he found himself on a death bed and slipped to hell. There is a countless number of people who had a near death experience or witnessed other supernatural events.

Many refuse to believe them but just think for a moment about the implications of the possibility of them being true.

If my visions of God and other's of hell are just the product of our heads ,then it doesn't mean anything to you, but what if they are not?

In the past I figured I should better find out.
All I want to do here is to provoke you to your own search for God. I am not trying to talk you into anything, this is beyond talking.

Today I would like to establish the difference between religious life and life in relationship with God, undrstanding of which, is very vital to what I want to share with you through this blog.

Many people cannot think about God apart from religious terms, thus the two are for them synonymous. I found that notion far from truth. I had my share in religion but did not find Him in it. I looked for Him in a Christian religion mainly Roman Catholic based on many rituals and commandments, as well as in New-Age which is based on eastern religious thought.

There is a movement in a modern world to unify all religions which is very possible since all of them are based on a single principle of humankind's efforts to please the Divine, either because He is far too Holy to have immediate relationship with us , so we have to use different kinds of medators like priesthood, gurus, teachers, saints or lesser dietes like Virgin Mary, or because He is a kind of impersonnal force that can be whatever you want it to be.

The chief questions in my search were:
1. Is God a person?
2. Why did He created us?
3. What is the purpose of my existence?

In the summer of 1997 I had a vision. It wasn't a dream because it was as vivid as reality and just like in reality all my senses were involved. It was spiritual reality.
I was in a pure white place , suddenly I heard a voice saying: " It was given to you to see something." The place was immediately filled up with thousands of colors of such variety and intensity that it seemed to me the rainbow in comperson with them would be grey.
Along with seeing colors I started to hear music , again thousands of sounds in perfect harmony, before long a voice of multitude of Angelic Hosts started to sing an eternal song about God's everlasting love. All of this heavenly like atmosphere enraptured my entire being and I was overwhelmed with the feeling of love, such love I was not able to handle ,I thought I might die and I wanted to die. I looked and in front of me stood a Person having human-like shape, I was not able to see His face because of the brightness of light emanating from Him.
He knew my thoughts and my desire to stay in His presence forever therfore H e spoke to me as follows: "What you now see is just a fingertipof what is waiting here for you but you are not yet ready and you have something to accomplish for us on earth when you fulfill your mission , you will return to Us."

WELCOME TO BEYOND RELIGION!

This blog is about my personal relationship with The Almighty. He is my greatest love, joy and life, a very supernatural life which I decided to share with you all. All too often people try to put Him in a box called RELIGION. There is only one problem... He doesn't fit there!

I would like to share with you how I met Him and all I know about Him which is not that much yet but it is worth of letting you know because a good news is that He desires to get to know you as well. I am not anybody special. I am just like you yet we are all very special to Him.
